Everyone contributes to - in simple form - constructing a tower to support a "ball court" with the following criteria:
The task is for each team to build a COMPLETELY CLOSED PIPE SYSTEM that meets three seemingly simple requirements.
A golf ball must eventually be able to roll all the way to the bottom of the structure.
The construction is finally assessed by the instructor and primarily by colleagues to see if it meets all the criteria. At the same time, the creative design and collaboration are assessed along the way.
This challenge works really well as a collaboration, because it requires constant adjustment, invention, construction, assessment, adaptation and qualification. And everyone contributes with their skills.
