Among other things, we try to limit our water and energy consumption, just as we have reduced our food waste and only serve seasonal organic ingredients in our restaurant.
In our continuous pursuit of a greener profile, we use the UN Sustainable Development Goals as a guiding principle, with a particular focus on goal 12, Responsible Consumption and Production. As part of the hospitality industry, this is where our primary environmental responsibility lies - and also where we have the opportunity to make a tangible difference.

What is a Green Key hotel?
Green Key is the international tourism eco-label awarded to tourism businesses that go the extra mile to protect the environment.
An ecolabeled company must meet many specific and relevant environmental requirements, which are ensured through a comprehensive approval procedure and continuous monitoring.
We will at all times strive to meet the criteria for obtaining and maintaining the Green Key, including compliance with national and international legal requirements.
