In week 42, we are hosting Dining Week, where our chefs are ready with a special menu that celebrates the best ingredients of fall. Here you can enjoy a dinner in the beautiful surroundings of the castle, where the food is inspired by the deep flavors and fresh ingredients of the season.

Autumn is also filled with traditions. For example, Mortens Eve, which in culinary terms is a rehearsal for Christmas Eve - at least if you like roast duck.

As December approaches, the Christmas spirit is slowly creeping in - and Bernstorff Castle is no exception. True to tradition, we open the doors to the annual Christmas market at the castle on the weekend of November 15-17, when we invite guests to Denmark's most beautiful Christmas market.
Here you can be seduced by the smell of roasted almonds, hot mulled wine and the many beautiful stalls offering unique Christmas treats, decorations and everything else the (Christmas) heart desires.
