From the castle's smaller group rooms with space for up to 30 people to Kavalergaarden's conference rooms Vognporten and Kavalersalen, which can accommodate 70 and 110 participants respectively, Bernstorff Castle offers facilities for meetings, courses, seminars, strategy meetings, networking events, and workshops of both smaller and larger calibers.

At Bernstorff Castle, charm meets functionality in exclusive conference facilities that provide the ideal setting for everything from confidential discussions in small groups to larger professional events.
Our eight meeting and group rooms are spread between the castle's main building and the atmospheric Kavalergaard – each with its own special character:
- The iconic White Room with space for up to 40 participants
- 5 plenary rooms – suitable for courses and meetings with up to 30 people
- Two large, bright conference rooms in Kavalergaarden with space for up to 110 participants – ideal for seminars, presentations, and larger events.
- Smaller, quiet group rooms for breaks, sparring, and divided work processes.
We will, of course, arrange the rooms according to your needs – whether you want U-shaped tables, islands, rows of chairs, or a cinema layout. The large windows invite daylight in and offer a view of the green Slotshave, while modern AV equipment and user-friendly ClickShare technology ensure smooth operation. Fast Wi-Fi, whiteboards, and all the practicalities are naturally included.

You get a single point of contact and personal service throughout the entire process. A dedicated contact person will guide you safely through the entire process – from the initial planning to the final evaluation. You can choose between several course and conference packages with well-planned catering that supports both energy and concentration throughout the day.
For events lasting several days, the castle also serves as a conference hotel with 23 atmospheric rooms in Kavalergaarden, just a few steps from the castle's main building. And if you have any special requests regarding the program or content, we will of course tailor a solution that matches your specific needs and ambitions.

Consists of homemade buns, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, honey, pastries or croissants, yogurt, homemade muesli, fresh fruit, juice, organic coffee and a selection of organic tea.
If your meeting is in the main building of the castle, we will welcome you in the iconic oval Garden Hall.
If your meeting is in the Kavalier Hall, the welcome is in the respective foyer.
**Break refreshments in the castle meetings
The break refreshment area is open all day. Here you'll always find delicious coffee and gourmet tea. In the morning we serve fruit, ice-cold juice and an energy booster, while in the afternoon we offer healthy snacks to keep your body and mind fit and homemade cakes in bite-sized pieces for a quick bite.
If your meeting is on the 1st floor of the castle's main building, we will serve the break refreshments in the beautiful "Prince Valdemar" room.
If your meeting is in Kavalersalen or Vognporten, break refreshments are in the respective foyer.
Group rooms
Must be booked to ensure availability. Group rooms cost from DKK 1,200.00 per room per day.

NB! It is important that you inform us of any dietary restrictions/allergies of any kind to ensure the best possible experience here at the Castle. Non-disclosed dietary restrictions/allergies will be invoiced at DKK 195,- per person if a new dish has to be created because of this.

In the castle kitchen, everything is homemade from scratch using fresh seasonal ingredients – organic wherever possible. Pickling, marinating, and smoking are done with care and respect for the craft, ensuring that the taste experience enhances the entire course day.
