The Cavalier Hall is our largest conference room and can accommodate up to 110 participants, while our smaller rooms are perfect for more intimate meetings and workshops. With free parking at the door, bright meeting and conference rooms with views of nature and a rare tranquility that allows for contemplation, we create more than just functional surroundings. Consists of homemade buns, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, honey, pastries or croissants, yogurt, homemade muesli, fresh fruit, juice, organic coffee and a selection of organic tea.
If your meeting is in the main building of the castle, we will welcome you in the iconic oval Garden Hall.
If your meeting is in the Kavalier Hall, the welcome is in the respective foyer.
**Break refreshments in the castle meetings
The break refreshment area is open all day. Here you'll always find delicious coffee and gourmet tea. In the morning we serve fruit, ice-cold juice and an energy booster, while in the afternoon we offer healthy snacks to keep your body and mind fit and homemade cakes in bite-sized pieces for a quick bite.
If your meeting is on the 1st floor of the castle's main building, we will serve the break refreshments in the beautiful "Prince Valdemar" room.
If your meeting is in Kavalersalen or Vognporten, break refreshments are in the respective foyer.
Group rooms
Must be booked to ensure availability. Group rooms cost from DKK 1,200.00 per room per day.

NB! It is important that you inform us of any dietary restrictions/allergies of any kind to ensure the best possible experience here at the Castle. Non-disclosed dietary restrictions/allergies will be invoiced at DKK 195,- per person if a new dish has to be created because of this.

Our eight meeting and group rooms are spread between the castle's main building and the atmospheric Kavalergaard – and each setting offers its own unique character:
- The iconic White Room with space for up to 40 participants
- 5 plenary rooms – perfect for meetings with up to 30 people
- Two large, bright conference rooms in Kavalergaarden with space for up to 110 participants – ideal for seminars, presentations, and events.
- Small, quiet group rooms for breaks, confidential conversations, or divided work processes
We will arrange the rooms exactly as you wish, whether you prefer U-shaped tables, islands, rows of chairs, or a theater layout. Large windows invite daylight in and give you a view of the green Slotshave, while modern AV equipment and ClickShare technology ensure smooth technical execution. Fast Wi-Fi and whiteboards are also available, of course.

The neoclassical Bernstorff Palace has been the setting for both aristocratic and royal life. Count Bernstorff, Christian VIII, and King Christian IX himself—known as "Europe's father-in-law"—have all spent time here. When you cross the threshold of the castle, you immediately feel the presence of history and the special atmosphere that only truly royal surroundings can create.
Here, daylight streams in through the tall windows, highlighting every detail in the historic halls. From intimate meeting rooms and group rooms to the magnificent White Hall and the spacious Cavalier Hall – each room combines classic aesthetics with modern comfort. The AV equipment is ready and working exactly as it should, so you can focus on the content.

Technology that works – every time!
Despite the authentic buildings, we know that today's meetings often depend on the ability to use AV equipment to share presentations and visions with the rest of the team. That's why we use Clickshare technology at Bernstorff Castle.
By connecting the ClickShare button to the USB port on a computer, you can simply press a button to display your presentation on the large screen in the room. It is even possible to connect multiple computers simultaneously, allowing you to switch between displays.
The feature is incredibly easy and user-friendly, ensuring you can focus on getting the most out of your meeting.
In addition, we offer high-quality video conferencing equipment so participants from all over the world can participate as if they were there in person.
We will, of course, provide free technical assistance throughout the day.
