By public transport
The S-train:
Line B to Holte from Copenhagen, then shift to a bus either from Lyngby Station or Gentofte Station
Line C to Klampenborg, bus from Charlottenlund Station or 10 minutes’ walk
By bus:
Bus 169 and 179 from Lyngby Station. Get off the bus at Femvejen.
Parking
There is quite a lot of parking space at the premises of Bernstorff Palace. Guests have free and limitless parking.
Should the parking lots be full, do not worry! You can leave your car in the streets close to the palace.
It is absolutely forbidden to park on the courtyard in front of the palace.
Once you book
..you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation will be a resume of what we have agreed upon, i.e. the room, the number of guests, how many rooms you will need, which package you have decided for and the price we have agreed upon.
Deposit – we have got a deal!
To ensure you the location and the date, we require a deposit of 25% of the budget agreed upon, which is stated in the confirmation. The deposit must be paid no later than 8 days after you have received the confirmation. The banquet facilities of Bernstorff Palace are extremely attractive, so we need to be sure of eachothers commitment.

Dietary requirements
If only you would tell us in advance, our chef will be able to cook real treats for you, whichever your dietary requirements may be. It is super important that you remember to inform us of any allergies or any indiviual requirements. We can do anything, but please, give us a chance to prove it, by letting us know WELL IN ADVANCE of your event.
While we are counting the days…
Think about the seating plan: how many do you want to seat at each table, and at how many tables. Send us a seating plan, name cards and an agenda well in advance.
Who is the toastmaster? If you have not chosen a toastmaster, point out the person who will be the contact for our catering team. May we advise you NOT to take this task upon your own shoulders.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in time is from 13.00 (1 pm) on arrival date.
Check-out time is 9.00 (9 am) on departure date.
