Parking space
The parking lots around Bernstorff Castle are reserved for guests with errands at the castle. See current rules on the area's signage.
If (on the rare occasion) there is no space in the castle grounds, you can find a place to park on the surrounding residential streets.
It is ABSOLUTELY not allowed to park on Slotspladsen.

Diet and special considerations
At Bernstorff Castle, we can conjure up delicacies for everyone, as long as we know in advance. It's super important that we are informed about allergies and the individual considerations you want us to make for you and your guests. We can do it all, and we're very resourceful and flexible. But give us the chance to prove it by letting us know well in advance of your event.
Disability (un)friendly
Bernstorff Castle was built in 1765 and has not undergone major structural changes since. Therefore, the physical environment is not disability-friendly. But WE are friendly and happy to help where we can - and must! There are many stairs in the main building and there is NO elevator.
There is no elevator to the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of Kavalergaarden. However, we have set up 1 room on the ground floor in the old butler's residence. Here the doors are wide and the bathroom is easily accessible.
Let's talk about how we can make your stay as worry-free as possible if you have walking difficulties or use a wheelchair.

Billiards, darts and raw fun
There are 2 pool tables and darts in the Slyngelstuen at Bernstorff Castle. At the reception we have a variety of board games, card games and dice available.
Evaluation of the course experience
It's important for us to know what you thought of your stay with us. It is our chance to adjust our services so that they always meet our guests' expectations. As a contact person, you will receive an electronic questionnaire after your stay.
Kiosk goods
You can buy toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaverkit, etc. at the reception.

IT and AV equipment
All plenary rooms have presentation facilities. Either there is an integrated ceiling projector and remote-controlled screen, click-share screens, or we will set up a projector for you so you can connect your own PC.
The more low-tech stuff, like flipcharts and whiteboards, can be placed in the room as desired.
You can rent a laptop - and pretty much any other AV equipment.
There is wireless internet access throughout Bernstorff Castle and Kavalergården. The network is called BS Guest and there is no password.
