In the middle of the lush and peaceful Bernstorff Castle Gardens lies the majestic castle, where we have been creating first-class meeting experiences since 2009 - from small day meetings to large-scale conferences.

Modern day meetings in historic premises
The beautiful white castle with a black glazed tile roof dates back to 1756, which is reflected in the stately rooms. While retaining its beautiful stucco and historic aesthetics, the castle is furnished with modern equipment, making it ideal for both short and longer day meetings - even if they require the use of modern technical equipment.
For example, you can connect up to several computers, and if you need help with the technical equipment, our skilled technicians are always ready to help you get started at no extra charge.

Whether you're 10 or 100, Bernstorff Castle has the setting. From the smaller group rooms in the castle itself to the large conference rooms in the adjacent Kavalergaard, the historic castle in North Zealand offers rooms and facilities for all formats and purposes. The largest room at the castle, Kavalersalen, can accommodate more than 100 guests, while our smaller meeting rooms accommodate up to 8-10 guests. Consists of homemade buns, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, honey, pastries or croissants, yogurt, homemade muesli, fresh fruit, juice, organic coffee and a selection of organic tea.
If your meeting is in the main building of the castle, we will welcome you in the iconic oval Garden Hall.
If your meeting is in the Kavalier Hall, the welcome is in the respective foyer.
**Break refreshments in the castle meetings
The break refreshment area is open all day. Here you'll always find delicious coffee and gourmet tea. In the morning we serve fruit, ice-cold juice and an energy booster, while in the afternoon we offer healthy snacks to keep your body and mind fit and homemade cakes in bite-sized pieces for a quick bite.
If your meeting is on the 1st floor of the castle's main building, we will serve the break refreshments in the beautiful "Prince Valdemar" room.
If your meeting is in Kavalersalen or Vognporten, break refreshments are in the respective foyer.
Group rooms
Must be booked to ensure availability. Group rooms cost from DKK 1,200.00 per room per day.
Dietary considerations/allergies
NB! It is important that you inform us of any dietary restrictions/allergies of any kind to ensure the best possible experience here at the Castle. Non-disclosed dietary restrictions/allergies will be invoiced at DKK 195,- per person if a new dish has to be created because of this.
