Among one of North Zealand's most beautiful forests, just 9 km from vibrant Copenhagen, you'll find the architecturally stunning Bernstorff Castle. The more than 250-year-old neoclassical building is the setting for the perfect meeting rooms in North Zealand. The castle's rooms offer beautiful natural light and a fantastic view of the castle park.
At Bernstorff Castle we offer a number of different meeting packages that vary in time, catering and participants. Our varied selection makes it easy for you to book and plan your next meeting. All our packages are put together with the same purpose: to give you the most optimal setting for a successful meeting.

Consists of homemade buns, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, honey, pastries or croissants, yogurt, homemade muesli, fresh fruit, juice, organic coffee and a selection of organic tea.
If your meeting is in the main building of the castle, we will welcome you in the iconic oval Garden Hall.
If your meeting is in Kavalersalen or Vognporten, the welcome is in the respective foyer.
NB! It is important that you inform us of any dietary requirements/allergies of any kind to ensure the best possible experience here at the Castle.
**Break refreshments in the castle meetings
The break refreshments are open all day. Here you'll always find organic coffee, gourmet tea and ice-cold Brandholm water. In the morning we serve fruit and an energy booster, while in the afternoon we offer healthy snacks to keep your body and mind fit and homemade cakes in bite-sized pieces for a quick snack.
If your meeting is on the 1st floor of the castle's main building, we will serve the break refreshments in the beautiful "Prince Valdemar" room or in the meeting room itself.
If your meeting is in Kavalersalen or Vognporten, break refreshments are in the respective foyer.

Must be booked to ensure availability. Group rooms cost from DKK 1,200.00 per room per day.
