Training center in North Zealand for all needs
A plenary room for many or group rooms for a few? At Bernstorff Castle, you get both – in beautiful, historic surroundings that function as a modern conference center. In the main building, we have the White Hall (up to 50 people) and several plenary rooms with space for up to 30 people, and in Kavalergaarden you will find our largest, modern rooms with space for up to 100+ participants.

Plenary rooms for large groups or group rooms for smaller groups? Bernstorff Castle is a modernconference centerwith beautiful historic rooms that are ideal for both meetings and conferences. We also offer AV technology and other necessary technical facilities.
Technically, we make it easy to get started: We use ClickShare, so you can quickly share your screen on a large screen—even when several people are taking turns presenting.
In addition, we provide the classic AV setup as needed—for example, projector/screen and flipchart—so that the room is ready upon arrival.
Having technical difficulties? We always have a technician on hand to help you through your course – at no extra cost.

If you need accommodation, you can combine your meeting with a stay at our conference hotel. We offer 23 atmospheric rooms in Kavalergaarden, just a few steps from the main building of the castle. And if you want special adjustments to the program, timing, or content, we will of course find a solution that fits your goals and ambitions perfectly.

Consists of homemade buns, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, honey, pastries or croissants, yogurt, homemade muesli, fresh fruit, juice, organic coffee and a selection of organic tea.
If your meeting is in the main building of the castle, we will welcome you in the iconic oval Garden Hall.
If your meeting is in the Kavalier Hall, the welcome is in the respective foyer.
**Break refreshments in the castle meetings
The break refreshment area is open all day. Here you'll always find delicious coffee and gourmet tea. In the morning we serve fruit, ice-cold juice and an energy booster, while in the afternoon we offer healthy snacks to keep your body and mind fit and homemade cakes in bite-sized pieces for a quick bite.
If your meeting is on the 1st floor of the castle's main building, we will serve the break refreshments in the beautiful "Prince Valdemar" room.
If your meeting is in Kavalersalen or Vognporten, break refreshments are in the respective foyer.
Group rooms
Must be booked to ensure availability. Group rooms cost from DKK 1,200.00 per room per day.

NB! It is important that you inform us of any dietary restrictions/allergies of any kind to ensure the best possible experience here at the Castle. Non-disclosed dietary restrictions/allergies will be invoiced at DKK 195,- per person if a new dish has to be created because of this.

In the castle kitchen, we prepare everything from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients – organic wherever possible. We use classic techniques such as pickling, marinating, and smoking, because they add depth to the flavor and create an experience that can be felt in the whole.

A good end to the workday
Bernstorff Castle also offers accommodation in beautiful rooms so you can relax and get a good night's sleep after a day of meetings and activities. Our conference hotel has 23 rooms in the beautiful half-timbered building Kavalérgården, just a few steps from the main castle building.
All rooms are spacious and aesthetically decorated with TV, free internet, bathroom and a large bed. This provides the best conditions for a good night's sleep after a hard day's work. The next morning you can enjoy a homemade breakfast made with seasonal organic ingredients.
